Plumbing as part of a wider capability

Plumbing sits alongside the HVAC, construction and electrical work rather than operating as a separate business. Most of it arrives through one of three routes.

Remodeling and conversions. Kitchens and bathrooms move, additions need supply and waste, and converted spaces sometimes need plumbing where none existed. This is the largest share of the work.

Freeze events. Texas freezes are infrequent and consequential. When one arrives, houses in this region lose heat and burst pipes in the same week, and both trades are needed at once.

Ordinary residential and commercial plumbing. Repairs, replacements and inspections in their own right.

One clarification worth making, because it comes up constantly: water around an indoor HVAC unit is almost never plumbing. It is condensate, and it means the drain from the cooling coil has failed. That is an HVAC job.

Not a plumbing problem

These all look like plumbing and are not.

Is the water around my air handler a plumbing problem?
Almost certainly not. Water at or below an indoor HVAC unit is nearly always condensate from the evaporator coil failing to drain, which is an HVAC problem rather than a plumbing one. See AC water leaks and clogged drain lines.
Do you handle freeze damage?
Freeze events in this region tend to produce plumbing damage and heating problems at the same time, which is one situation where having both trades in one company genuinely helps. Demand across the metro spikes enormously during those events, so realistic scheduling expectations matter.
How often should plumbing be inspected?
A professional plumbing inspection roughly once a year is a reasonable baseline for most homes, more often for older properties or where there is a known history of problems. It is the same logic as HVAC maintenance: small findings caught early cost far less than the failures they turn into.
